Agnes Helen Bellel, Ph.D. Instructional Technology, MA, Special Education (Certifications in Mentally Impaired, Emotionally Impaired, Physically/Otherwise Health Impaired and Visually Impaired. As professor (Alabama State University) and Instructional Technology Leader, she has participated on committees such as Academic Computing, Distance Education, College of Education Technology, Faculty Senate, Faculty Senate Executive Board, University Disability Forum. She served as Director of Distance Education, Off-Campus Sites and as the Library Education Media/Technology Coordinator for Alabama State University Ralph Abernathy College of Education. She worked as a teacher, trainer, coordinator and administrator/compliance officer of disability programs in the K-12. Agnes believes in leading by example, to inspire and motivate students and others to work to enhance the quality of life and contributions of persons with disabilities. She is a recipient/parent user of disability services and assistive technology.
